  • How can we help you?

    Here you will find answers to the most frequent questions. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for any additional inquiries.

  • Are pets allowed? -we welcome guests and their companion animals, as long as the dogs are not of any particular dangerous breed, are kept on the leash whenever on our premises, and do not bother the fellow guests. We appreciate a notice in advance. Price: €5 per day for a maximum of €20 per stay.

  • Can I arrive outside the normal reception hours? - Yes, late arrivals are no problem, as long as we are informed in advance, so we can coordinate for you to get your apartment keys.

  • What about a late check-out? - The official check-out time is 10 AM. In most cases, however, we try to facililate a late check-out for out guests. You can inquire with us after 13 h, but we will also inform you with a note left underneath the door.

  • Can I reserve a late check-out? - A late check-out depends on our availabillity and can only be reserved on day ahead of your departure. (with the exception of special offers with the late check-out included) The price is €10 and the departure time is 19h.

  • Do the buildings have elevators - Only our 7- story building, BarbaraMar is equipped with an elevator. The other buldings are either of two or three stories and have stairs. However, we will certainly attempt to facilite you with an apartment that is suitable for your needs.

  • Can I arrive before the official check-in time? - The official check-in time is at 16h, but oftentimes the apartments are ready at an earlier point. You can inquire with the reception one day before your arrival about the exact time. If you inform us about this need when making your reservation, we will be better able to assist you. In any case, you can always store your luggage safely in our reception area.

  • Do I need to bring a booster seat or baby bed? - There is no need to bring any of these items. We can provide you with a baby bed, set up in your room and/or a child or booster seat; all at no additional cost. We kindly ask you inform us ahead of time, so we can plan for the necessary arrangements.

  • Do you have gluten-and lactose free products - Of course! Our restaurant provides not only gluten-free products, but also lactose-free ones. We gladly adjust to your dietary preferences and needs. We would appreciate a prior notice to better accomodate your

  • Parking available? - No, we do not have parking available on our premises. But, off-street parking around our apartments is free, except for the areas marked by yellow lines. During the high season, we recommend the large public parking lots near the Sarfa terminal, which are only a three-minutes walk from GoettenMar. Plus, you can always park your car briefly in front of our premises for loading and unloading your luggage. Please get in touch with us if you need assistance
